The Steelers' 53-man roster is taking shape, but with training camp and the preseason still ahead, there are some tricky decisions to be made. Roman Wilson, meanwhile, is being given every opportunity to succeed in this new offense. The tight end position is a little thin, but Darnell Washington and Riley Nowakowski will be utilized, with a fourth tight end potentially on the practice squad. The offensive line is a key area, with Troy Fautanu, Mason McCormick, and Zach Frazier among the starting five. There are battles for right guard and right tackle, with Spencer Anderson and Dylan Cook currently slotted in. At defensive tackle, Cam Heyward, Keeanu Benton, and Derrick Harmon are the main players, with Sebastian Joseph-Day and Yahya Black also contributing. The edge rusher position is a straightforward one, with T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, and Nick Herbig the mainstays.
